Society teaches us to acquire things, not what to do when we lose them.

A safe place to heal what loss has left behind. Compassionate, evidence-based grief recovery support for people navigating loss, change and unresolved emotional pain.

Grief is bigger than bereavement.

Grief is the emotional response to loss of any kind — and some of the losses that affect us most deeply are the ones no one else can see.

The philosophy

When the heart is truly heard, healing can begin.

Grief is not something to be fixed, rushed or carried in silence. Loss takes many forms, and the pain it leaves behind deserves to be heard, understood and supported with compassion.

The many faces of loss.

You do not need to have experienced a death for your grief to be real. If something mattered to you, losing it can matter too.

01 / 05

Not every loss looks like grief.

A relationship ending, a change in health, moving country or losing a sense of purpose can leave emotional pain that others may not recognise.

The end of a relationship.

Divorce, estrangement and the loss of an important connection can carry grief — even when the person is still alive.

A life you expected.

Infertility, an unmet hope, a dream that did not come true or a childhood that was not what it should have been can all be losses.

Change can carry grief.

Retirement, relocation, financial change, career change and major life transitions can bring grief for what has been left behind.

Your grief does not need permission.

You do not need to compare your loss with anyone else’s or prove that it is painful enough to deserve support.
